Check-in & check-out time
Check-in is 15.00 – if other guests are checking out on the same day. This will allow our staff to properly prepare the villa for your arrival. Normally we try to keep a free day between guests checking out and guest checking in. If that is the case, you may check in a little earlier. So please check with us in advance.
Check-out is 12.00 – if other guests are checking in on the same day. Again, we normally try to keep a free day between guests checking out and guest checking in. So please check with us in advance.
In any case, you can always leave your luggage at the villa, if you have an early arrival or a late departure.
Is breakfast included in the price?
As different people have different dietary requirements and desires, the cost of food for breakfast is not included. The cooking, preparation and service is included in the price.
However food is generally inexpensive in Bali. Our manager Wayan who used to work for La Lucciola, makes a very good breakfast including fruit, various types of eggs, pancakes etc.
He will also gladly drive you to the nearby supermarket and help you with your shopping. Or, you can let him do the shopping for you. This system has worked very well with all of our guests.
Are airport transfers included?
Airport transfers are not included, because many guests are already in Bali or on one of the islands.
However we can arrange for you to be met at the airport and taken back to the villa. The cost of this is Rp250,000 (€18/$25) per car that can carry 4 passengers plus normal luggage (without surfboards).
Baby cot & high chair. These are available at no additional charge.
Babysitting (additional charge). Babysitting is available on request. Please discuss with Wayan, our manager, on arrival.
Dinner/Chef service (additional charge). Special dinners – birthday, anniversary or just fun or romantic dinner can be organised. Please discuss with Wayan, our manager, on your arrival.
Car hire (additional charges). Car hire, motor bike hire, chauffeur touring, massage etc can be organised. Please discuss your requirements with Wayan on your arrival.
Cooking class (additional charge). Please contact us if you would like to have an Indonesian/Balinese cooking class.
The villa is maintained by our full time, permanent staff ie Manager, housekeeper, gardener & security guard.
They have been with us for almost twelve years. They are responsible for maintaining the villa and will make your stay comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable. They are also very good with children.
While tipping is not obligatory, it will certainly be most appreciated by our staff as a token for their work or help. Please feel free to discuss this with us further.
